Target #1
Quality is target #1 for us. We always looking for ways to improve quality of our services. To achieve this goal we have estublished a quality management system. We use records keeping, tracebility, continuation trainings, incoming control, feedback system to continuously improve the services provided.
Control
Control is the way to ensure that an acceptable level of quality is achieved when providing services. We apply incoming control, operational control (when necessary), final acceptance checks. Periodic audits are conducted to confirm that the quality policy is applied and works correctly.
